Shipping Information

We strive to deliver your orders as swiftly as possible.

Personalised Bottles: Products will be dispatched within 7 - 10 business days after placing your order. If you need your item urgently, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. We try our best to accommodate requests. 

Standard Shipping: Please allow an additional 5 business days (location dependent) for your order to arrive once dispatched. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated on the progress of your shipment.

North Island

Standard Courier: $8.50

Orders Over $115.00: Free 

South Island

Standard Courier: $12.50

Orders Over $115.00: Free 

Peak Periods: During promotions, public holidays, or the days following a public holiday, dispatch times may be longer than usual.
