Personalised Products

Since all of our items are uniquely personalised, they are not eligible for returns, and we are unable to offer refunds.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been started, we can issue a refund to your original payment method. However, if production has begun, we are unable to provide a refund.

Faulty Products

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, providing a photo, order number, or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to decline a replacement if the return criteria are not met.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for returns until they are successfully delivered to and inspected by our team.

If return criteria are met, refunds for shipping may be offered in the form of store credit.
